The staff are friendly and helpful. i enjoyed the easy walk to the beach. the nearby restaurants provided plenty of dining options, though the hotel's barman prepared amazing cocktails. the pools had comfortable double beds, and my room featured a fine balcony with a perfect hot tub for the late afternoons.
the room was fine, though it could have been larger for a longer stay, i think. the limited space was a bit of a squeeze!

Their assistance was greatly appreciated! the cleaning staff maintained the rooms daily, ensuring a super clean environment. the breakfast staff were attentive and provided excellent service each morning, though, the english skills of the room cleaners were not perfect

They were great too ensure our comfort. our room stayed super clean with daily cleaning. the hotel has a peaceful atmosphere and a great location near everything. i especially loved the mountain view at breakfast each day.

The hotel is very close to the beach and many restaurants. Maria and Kathryn showed ALL the activities. I could do with their charming smiles. I spent my time at the pool, and it was the best part of the day. The breakfast buffet was also delicious.
The hotel is quite small to me. I do not consider it A 5-star hotel.

i found the staff very friendly. they gave Me a free drink upon my arrival. A staff member sat down with me and provided information about the area. i received a free room upgrade to the honeymoon suite with breakfast included.
the pool was dirty. i saw what looked to be green algae. the water was not clear. i saw them chemically treat the pool.

I found the pool less than appealing. It seemed to have some algae. The water wasn't clear despite seeing them add chemicals. Breakfast wasn't up to par either. The buffet offered lukewarm food. the experience didn't align with the 5-star rating.
